Despite this block of land being only 18.29 wide, the client, working in conjunction with our design team and building consultant, felt that the site would benefit from two green titled narrow street front blocks rather than a front and rear strata configuration, thereby eliminating the need for a common property driveway. Each block is just 9.145m wide but the houses are built boundary to boundary in order to maximise the width of the houses.
